Do I need to
purchase ahead of time?
You can purchase ahead of time on our website or mobile app but it's not required. We can get you set-up at the front desk when you arrive.
What payment
methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks, cash, or Apple Pay.
What do I need to bring?

How do I get to MTNTOP?
We are located at the Kapa'a Industrial Park in Kailua. After you turn on to Kapa'a Quarry Pl passing the American Flag, take the second right entrance, then your first left. We are across from Tradition Coffee Roasters.
What is included in a session?
Access to all lower floor amenities including Infrared Sauna with Red Light Therapy, Traditional Barrel Sauna, 3 Cold Plunges at different temperatures, 1 Hot Tub and Therabody Compression boots.
How cold is the water?
We have 3 plunges at 60, 50, and 40 degrees for beginner to advanced.
What discounts do you offer?
We offer:
- 10% off for Military/First Responder, Teacher, and Student.
- 10% off if 2 or more sign up.
- 15% off if 3-9 sign up.
- 20% off if 10 or more sign up.

How often do you
recommend using the services?
While each person is different, we recommend cold immersion and sauna therapy at least 2-4 times per week. Always consult your doctor/health care professional before utilizing services at MTNTOP.
Is there a time limit?
There is no time limit on your session! You can come at any time during the 4 hour morning or evening session and stay for 5 minutes or the full 4 hours. If it's your first time, we recommend 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes! We offer Gift Certificates for all of our services. At this time Gift Certificates can only be purchased at our facility.
