All sessions include full access to all equipment: Infrared Sauna with Red Light Therapy, Traditional Barrel Sauna, 3 Cold Plunges at varying temperatures, 1 Hot Tub, and Therabody compression boots.
No appointment is necessary and no time limit on your session.

Gift Certificates are available for purchase at our facility and can be used for all available services. All gift certificates are valid for 1 year after purchase.
